Nej, vi sender ikke SMS, e-mail eller ringer, når lyset er klart til afhentning. Typisk er lyset færdigt ca. 3 timer efter, det er lavet.
Hvis du laver lyset på en hverdag mellem kl. 10-16, kan du hente det uden ekstra gebyr samme dag.
Hvis du ønsker at afhente lyset efter kl. 16 på en hverdag, koster det 49 kr. pr. lys, hvis det skal være klar til afhentning samme dag.
I weekender (lørdag og søndag) koster det 49 kr. pr. lys, hvis du vil have det klar til afhentning samme dag.
Vi anbefaler derfor at planlægge afhentningen i forhold til ovenstående tider, så du kan hente dit lys, når det passer dig bedst.
Should I make a reservation?
To secure a spot, we recommend making a reservation in advance. However, you are always welcome to drop by without a booking – we operate on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there are available spots.

How long does it take?
The experience itself lasts about 45 minutes, but we’ve allocated a full hour so you can take your time and enjoy the process at your own pace.

You are welcome to pick up your scented candle at any time during our hours of operation If you are unable to pick it up the same day, you can always do so later. However, we kindly ask that all candles be picked up no later than one week after they are made.

Is the experience child-friendly?
The experience is child-friendly. However, please note that children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the session.
Participation is at your own risk, and it is important that children follow the instructions and safety measures closely to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant?
We don'trecommend pregnant people to work in close contact with scented oils.
Even though our oils are selected with care and of high quality, many natural oils still carry chemicals in high concentration that can affect the body during pregnancy.
For your safety and in line with our policy, we unfortunately don’t allow pregnant participants to take part directly in the candle-making process involving the oils.
However, you’re more than welcome to join as an observer — enjoy the atmosphere, and choose the scents you’d like our team to handle for you.
Our priority is to ensure you have a safe and comfortable experience, with full care and consideration for your well-being.
Can I bring my own container to make my scented candle?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to bring your own container. Our containers are carefully selected and tested to ensure optimal burn time, are of high quality, and are fire safe.
For safety reasons and in order to provide the best experience, we cannot approve the use of personal containers as we cannot guarantee their fire safety.
Do you offer food and beverages?

When can I pick up my scented candle?
Once your candle is blended, the soy wax needs about 3 hours to set. You’re welcome to pick it up anytime during our opening hourse. åbningstid.

We store candles for up to 7 days. After that, they will be donated if not collected.
When does my experience at Stemning Copenhagen begin?
Your experience starts exactly at the time you’ve booked – neither earlier nor later.
This means that if you’ve booked for 2:00 PM, your session will start at 2:00 PM – even if you are delayed.
Once you’ve booked a spot, you have it for a full hour. The experience itself lasts about 45 minutes, but we’ve allocated a full hour so you can take your time to choose fragrances, pour your candle, and enjoy the process at your own pace.
Can I reorder the same candle I made before?
Each candle you create is unique and made by blending the fragrance oils yourself. We do not keep track of how you combine them, so we cannot recreate the exact scent you made last time. This is exactly what makes our concept special – you let your sense of smell guide you during the experience.
If you remember the fragrances you blended last time or have specific preferences, our fragrance experts are always ready to help you find the perfect scent combination.
Can we make one candle together as a group?
The experience is designed as an individual activity, so it is not possible for multiple people to create one candle together. We recommend that each participant makes their own candle instead. This ensures that everyone gets the full experience.
How many scents can I blend?
Typically, you can blend
2 to 4 scents..
We recommend blending a maximum of 4 scents to create a clear and harmonious
fragrance profile. This helps prevent the aromas from "clashing" and creating a muddled or
chaotic scent.
Is the price the same for all candles?
Nej, prisen er ikke den samme for alle lys, da den afhænger af den beholder og størrelse, du vælger. Vores CLASSIC-lys starter fra 299 kr., og her kan du vælge mellem tre forskellige farver. Vælger du et DELUXE-lys, starter prisen fra 399 kr., og du har mulighed for at vælge mellem to farver. Derudover kan du tilkøbe trævæger for 5 kr. pr. stk., hvis du ønsker et særligt udtryk eller den knitrende effekt som en trævæge giver.
Is the soy wax already melted, or do I melt it myself?
We melt the wax for you so that it's ready to use when you sit down at the table. First, you choose and blend your fragrance oils, then we give you a pre-warmed container with soy wax and a wick. After you've blended the fragrance oils, you pour them into the wax yourself and stir to evenly distribute the scent. You don't have to worry about stoves or melting pots – we've taken care of the practical part, so you can focus on the creative process.
How do I transport my candle home?
When your candle is ready for pickup, we put a cork lid on it to keep the scent sealed. You can also purchase a bag to carry your candle in.
