We know that a corporate event is more than just an occasion – it’s an experience that should feel seamless from start to finish.
During the event, you’ll have the chance to explore and choose from Stemning Copenhagen’s selection of candle vessels – whether you prefer our handmade ceramic containers or elegant glass options, the choice is entirely yours. The price per participant depends on your selected candle type and beverages. We’ll be there to guide you, helping you find the scents and designs that best reflect your team.
Send us an inquiry with your preferred date, location, and approximate number of participants. If you have any special requests or ideas, feel free to include a note – we’ll get in touch to discuss the details.
Booking and billing for events
When you book an event with us, you will be charged based on the number of guests you have provided when booking. Should the number of participants change, please let us know. no later than 5 days before the event is heldso that we can adapt our preparations.
If changes are made later than this time, the originally booked number of participants will be charged.

Note: All packages include 2 hours of exclusive, private access to our venue, allowing you to enjoy the workshop without interruptions from other guests. We therefore ask that you contact us so we can best assist you in booking your event.
