The practical part
When you book an event with us, billing is based on the number of guests you provided at the time of booking. Should the number of participants change, please let us know no later than 14 days before the event takes place, so we can adjust our preparations accordingly.
If changes are made later than this time, the originally booked number of participants will be charged.
Invoice will be sent 14 days before the event. We want everything to run as smoothly as possible, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. It helps us give you the best experience.
