Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
We pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. It will typically arrive within 2-4 business days after that, depending on where in the country you live. You'll receive an email with tracking, so you can follow your package all the way home.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 49 DKK. If you order for over 500 DKK, delivery is on us.
Can I collect my order in the store?
Yes, gladly. Select "pickup" at checkout, and we'll get your order ready for pickup at Farvergade 4D in Copenhagen. You'll receive an email when it's ready to be picked up.
Return and exchange
What is your return policy?
You have a full 14-day right of return on unused items in their original packaging.

We'd always rather have a happy customer than a returned item, so please don't hesitate to contact us if something isn't as it should be.
Who pays for shipping on a return?

What are your candles made of?
Alle vores stearinlys er støbt i 100% sojavoks, et naturligt og rent alternativ, der brænder rent og længe. Vi bruger kun dufte af høj kvalitet, som er skånsomme og skaber en ægte, rolig stemning i hjemmet.

Workshops
How do I book a workshop?
Du booker nemt en workshop direkte på vores hjemmeside her, hvor du kan se ledige datoer og vælge mellem workshop i vores lokaler på Farvergade eller en mobil workshop, vi kommer ud og holder hos jer.
What does a workshop cost and what is included?
Prices start from 299 DKK per person and include all materials, guidance throughout, and your own candle/diffuser to take home.
How many can attend a workshop?
At our space on Farvergade, we have room for up to 18 participants.
If we come to you (for example, for corporate events), we can accommodate up to 40-50 participants.
Can I rebook or cancel my workshop booking?
Ja, du kan flytte din booking helt frem til 30 timer dage før workshoppen ved at skrive til os på info@stemning-copenhagen.dk, eller ved at ringe til os på +45 72421010.
Do you offer workshops for companies and events?
Ja, det er faktisk noget af det kan du tro. Vi skræddersyr gerne et forløb til jeres firmaevent, teambuilding eller julefrokost, både hos os og ude hos jer.

What are your candles made of?
All of our scented candles are hand-poured in 100% soy wax, a natural and clean alternative that burns cleanly and for a long time. We only use high-quality fragrances that are gentle and create a genuine, calm atmosphere in the home.

Do you offer workshops for companies and events?
Yes, we'd love to. We enjoy tailoring experiences for companies, whether it's a Christmas party, team building, or a company celebration, we create a session that fits your mood and wishes.
You can choose to come to us at the studio (up to 15 people), or let us come to you, we'll pack up the fragrances and come out (up to 40 people), so you can hold the event wherever suits you best.
